Workout Journal, a Daily Fitness Log
I have been thinking about how to make my blog more interactive. While I was checking tags on prior posts today, I realized that I can log my workouts on this blog. If you look to the side bar, you will see Categories. Beneath Categories, there is a new category called A Workout Journal.
You will be able to see my workout journal posts under that category.
In my workout journal, a daily fitness log, I’ll also include my Fitbit app screenshots, if applicable.
If you would like to share screenshots of your fitness tracker workouts, or pictures of your fitness journal entry, please feel free to share them in the comment section.
I’m excited about sharing my workout journal online. I think it will even help keep me accountable!
