Weight Loss & Body Composition Results

Today, I took measurements with my Renpho body composition scale to measure recent weight loss and the week one results of my body composition challenge.

Week 1 Results

  • My starting weight was 153.8 pounds and my week one weight is 148.0 pounds. This is a loss of 3.4 pounds.
  • My starting BMI was 24.6 and my week one BMI is 24.1.
  • My starting body fat percentage was 28.6% and my week one result is 27.7%.
  • My starting subcutaneous (below the skin) fat percentage was 25.9% and my week one result is 25.2%.
  • My starting visceral (around the organs) fat percentage was 7.0% and my week one result is 6.0%!

Overall, I am happy with my week 1 results.
