Topics I Want to Write About Soon
Taking a break from blogging gave me time to reflect and to think about how I would like Nibbana Wellness to grow in the future and how I can contribute to that growth in my own daily life.
Some recent themes have arisen in my life that I think could potentially become helpful blog posts.
- Self-sabotage when it comes to wellness and fitness goals
- Grief & honoring the spirit of departed loved ones
- Recovering from a depressive episode
- Building self-confidence
- Indulging in hobbies
In the coming weeks, I will be writing about each one of these topics. I am including hobbies because they contribute to a life well-lived and enjoyed.
In the next year, I would like to include more fitness posts, especially, as I journey through my own experience with fitness-related activities. I can finally use that personal training certification!
