Illness Recovery

I am still recovering from my mystery illness. The community Covid testing place moved to another campus, and there were no signs directing where to go so I never got my test done. Instead, I have been staying home mostly. It has been a week since I first felt mild symptoms so I am thinking I am over the worst of it. I still feel easily winded with activity and sometimes it still hurts to breathe in deeply. But overall, I am beginning to feel better.

Publishing Schedule Plan

I decided on a publishing schedule plan for Nibbana Wellness. In the beginning, I wanted to warm up my informational posts with posts about my life. While that has helped, I still need a plan for the informational posts that are usually found via search engine results.

I plan to post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Although, my workout journal posts will be posted as often as I exercise.

Monday Post Subjects

  • Meditation
Wednesday Post Subjects
  • Physical Wellness
  • Fitness
  • Trainer Tips
Friday Post Subjects
  • Recipes
  • Supplements
  • Meal Preparation Tips
  • Affiliate Posts


Each publishing day will include a topic from the list above. I think that should yield an interesting mix over time. My dogs are staring at me and want me to take them for a walk. It is pretty cold right now. I do not think I can walk them right this minute. Maybe after a nap! It is frustrating to get tired so easily.
