I have decided to launch more content-rich posts beginning January 1, 2022. In the meantime, I am adjusting to my work and chore schedule, and I am studying for my yoga and health coach certifications. I want to complete both certifications this December.
I am struggling with my mental health. It is rather unexpected as things have been going well. I think I am experiencing moderate depression and some elements of post-traumatic stress disorder. I even dreamed about how I need to use my cognitive processing skills to help with the post-traumatic stress.
I talk to my psychiatrist tomorrow and will share all of this with her. I do have to work tomorrow and will need to ask for a fifteen minute break for my appointment (phone/online).
Even though I am struggling right now, I am optimistic about the future. I have a lot to be grateful for, and I am have a lot to look forward to in the future.
